Key responsibilities
- Lead project intake, staffing, workflow planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and communication
- Handle due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits for various transactions
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to deliver exceptional outcomes and contribute to process improvements
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
- Two to six years of experience in project lead or supervisory roles
- Significant eDiscovery experience, preferably with tech tools like TAR
- Strong supervisory and team-building skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and litigation support software
