West Virginia Licensed Staff Provider

Job Summary

To support a growing treatment team, the full-time West Virginia Licensed Staff Provider will facilitate rapid-access intakes, provide longitudinal maintenance care, and leverage telemedicine to enhance member engagement and safety throughout the recovery process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake medical duties, including prescribing medications and completing documentation accurately
• Maintain a panel of maintenance members, ensuring regular follow-ups and coordination with community providers
• Participate in administrative duties, including managing schedules, documentation, and onboarding new providers

Required qualifications

• Active state license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine
• Experience working in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
• Willingness to become licensed in multiple states and credentialed with health plans
• Access to reliable internet and telephone services to support telemedicine
