Wholesale Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing wholesale business, the full-time Wholesale Coordinator will manage order accuracy, logistics, and product data while serving as the main point of contact for independent retailers and sales agency representatives, all in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from retailers and sales reps, ensuring effective communication on promotions and product updates
• Oversee the order management process, including entering purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues with EDI transmissions
• Organize and ship samples to buyers, maintain sample logs, and support 6-8 trade shows and markets annually

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, or order management, preferably in jewelry, accessories, or fashion
• Strong computer proficiency, including Google Suite, CRM systems, and B2B ordering platforms
• Ability to travel for trade shows and work in the Eastern Standard Time zone
• Experience with sales agencies and major retailers is a plus
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills
