Wholesale Custom Production Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of patch workflows, the full-time Wholesale Custom Production Coordinator will oversee the execution of custom product initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions from art handoff to production and delivery in a remote/hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the direction and execution of all patch orders, managing progress from production to completion
• Coordinate production and logistics with internal and external partners to support order management
• Maintain visibility across custom projects, ensuring timely communication and alignment with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience managing custom production or operational workflows, preferably in apparel or branded products
• Working knowledge of NetSuite in a production or supply-chain environment
• Proficient in Excel and Monday.com for project organization and tracking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with creative and operational partners
