Wholesale Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the order-to-cash process for major wholesale accounts, the full-time Wholesale Operations Specialist will accurately process purchase orders, coordinate fulfillment, and ensure reconciliation between retail partners and internal teams, with a preference for candidates based in Boise, Idaho, though remote work may be considered for exceptional applicants.

Key responsibilities:

• Process incoming purchase orders and coordinate with operations to ensure timely fulfillment while flagging at-risk orders
• Manage the reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, and payments, resolving discrepancies and collaborating with finance on chargebacks
• Maintain reporting on order status and deduction trends, serving as a link between wholesale, operations, and finance teams

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, preferably with major retail accounts
• Hands-on experience with retailer portals such as Amazon Vendor Central or Walmart Retail Link
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain data reconciliation trackers
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Highly organized with a proactive communication style to work cross-functionally
