Job Summary
Leading the Wholesale Processing organization, the remote Associate Vice President of Wholesale Processing will oversee operational performance, ensuring loans are processed efficiently and compliantly while fostering strong partnerships with Sales and broker teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Wholesale Processing organization, establishing clear expectations for service and productivity
- Build strong partnerships with Sales leaders and broker partners to ensure responsive and knowledgeable processing teams
- Maintain visibility into pipeline health and operational metrics, driving performance improvements and ensuring quality compliance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage banking or operations, with significant leadership experience in Processing or Wholesale Operations
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and applicable regulations
- Proven ability to manage operational performance through metrics and analytics
- Experience with mortgage Loan Origination Systems and workflow technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
