Willow Application Analyst III

Job Summary

Supporting the design and build of applications, the full-time remote Willow Application Analyst III will manage workflows, system configurations, and customer support activities while executing test scripts and providing on-call support during go-live and maintenance periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build application workflows and configurations while collaborating with operations and training teams
• Provide go-live and ongoing application support, addressing customer issues and documenting system modifications
• Manage project documentation, including ticket communication, issue tracking, and process improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience; minimum of an Associate's degree with four or more years of relevant work experience
• Preferred 5+ years of prior system build experience
• Certification in specified application is required, with maintenance of certification through New Version Training
• Demonstrated ability to support and develop applications and mentor others
• Previous experience working with a specified customer base
