Job Summary
To support a fast-moving deployment and migration effort, the full-time contracted Windows 365 Engineer will engineer and deploy Windows 365 environments, lead user migrations, and optimize Windows OS configurations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and deploy Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments and support user migrations from existing desktop setups
- Tune and harden Windows OS configurations for enhanced security and performance, utilizing automation and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Document configurations and migration processes while troubleshooting technical issues throughout the deployment
Required qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments and user migration from traditional desktop or VDI systems
- Strong background in tuning Windows OS for security hardening and performance optimization
- DevOps mindset with experience in scripting, automation, and repeatable deployment processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure/M365 administration
- Ability to start immediately with minimal onboarding time and work independently on technical projects
