Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Windows 365 Engineer for a full-time, fully remote contract position to support a fast-paced deployment and migration effort by engineering and deploying Windows 365 environments, leading user migrations, and optimizing Windows OS configurations.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and deploy Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments and lead user migrations from existing desktop setups
- Tune and harden Windows OS configurations for enhanced security and performance while employing automation and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Document configurations, migration steps, and lessons learned, and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the deployment process
Required qualifications
- Proven experience engineering and deploying Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments
- Direct experience migrating users from traditional desktop or VDI environments into Windows 365
- Strong background in tuning Windows OS for security hardening and performance optimization
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure/M365 administration
- Demonstrated ability to deliver technical projects independently and on schedule
