Job Summary
To support enterprise identity and Active Directory migration efforts, the full-time Windows Administrator IV will manage the transition to Entra ID, perform foundational operations and maintenance, and provide expert technical support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with project stakeholders for migration wave planning, application compatibility testing, and cutover execution
- Perform technical migrations from Active Directory to Entra ID, including identity synchronization and automation deployment
- Provide Tier 3 support for authentication issues, monitor system performance, and maintain OS patching baselines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technology field
- 15 years of experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Windows system environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Entra ID
- Proficiency in Kerberos/SSO and PowerShell automation
- Experience in large enterprise environments with strict change control processes
