Windows Server Administrator

Job Summary

Hands-on and operationally focused, the full-time Windows Server Administrator will manage the day-to-day health, patching, and lifecycle of the Windows Server environment, ensuring security and compliance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise server patching program using NinjaOne RMM, including defining schedules and tracking compliance
• Administer Windows Server environments across various versions, managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting issues
• Build and maintain virtual machines on VMware vSphere, optimizing resource allocation and managing VM lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in server administration or IT infrastructure operations
• Demonstrated experience with NinjaOne RMM for patch deployment and monitoring
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and server role management
• Experience building and managing virtual machines on VMware vSphere
