Windows Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support 24/7 operations, the full-time Night Shift Windows Systems Administrator will administer Windows servers, diagnose complex issues, and perform daily monitoring and proactive remediation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administers Windows development, test, and production servers, including patching and OS hardening
- Diagnoses and resolves complex Windows OS, Active Directory, and server connectivity issues
- Performs daily monitoring of Windows systems and initiates proactive remediation efforts
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration
- Ability to support rotating shifts, specifically night shifts from 6pm to 6am EST
- U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required
- Linux credentials may be beneficial if permitted
