Windows VMware System Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator - Windows/VMware for a full-time work from home position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements to Windows, Linux, and Unix servers, Cisco networking devices, and IT infrastructure
• Follow ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes to resolve client requests and outages
• Utilize Service Now ticketing system for documentation, communicate with clients and vendors, and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of experience in multiple technologies such as Windows Server administration, Linux Red Hat Server administration, clustering, network technologies, IBM Technologies, Public Cloud, and 0365 Administration
• Experience with ITIL-based incident tracking system (Service-Now) and network/server monitoring tools
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, Red Hat Certified System Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate, etc
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service
