Job Summary

Supporting wire transfer operations, the full-time contract Wire Operations Specialist will manage client service related to wire payments, handle high-volume account maintenance, and ensure accuracy in transaction processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support wire transfer operations and client service related to wire payments and processing systems
• Handle high-volume account maintenance and updates
• Perform data entry and transaction processing activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Prior banking or credit union experience is required
• Experience with wire transfer processing and payment systems preferred
• Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Customer service experience within a financial services environment is highly desirable
