Wireless Plan Strategy Coordinator

Job Summary

Serving as the organization's subject matter expert on wireless carrier plans, the full-time salaried Wireless Plan Strategy Coordinator will maintain comprehensive knowledge of carrier offerings, identify strategic plan opportunities, and provide guidance to various teams to ensure clients receive optimal wireless solutions while maximizing cost efficiencies and profitability in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert on wireless carrier plans, maintaining detailed knowledge of pricing, eligibility, and features
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement through strategic plan management and optimization
• Support negotiations with wireless carriers and collaborate with internal teams to clarify offerings and resolve plan-related challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in wireless telecommunications, carrier operations, or managed mobility services
• Strong understanding of wireless carrier rate plans, pricing structures, and enterprise wireless agreements
• Familiarity with major U.S. wireless carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and carrier management portals
