Wisconsin and Michigan Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing patient service center, the full-time Wisconsin and Michigan Licensed Triage Nurse will triage clinic-related calls, utilize nursing processes for patient care management, and serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Triage patient calls and assess care needs based on nursing protocols
• Document patient interactions and care recommendations within the medical record
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate follow-up care for patients

Required qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan, with the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire
• Graduation from an accredited RN program with knowledge of patient care standards
• CPR/BLS certification required within 60 days of hire; ACLS certification is desired
• Experience in primary or specialty clinic settings is preferred
