Wisconsin and Michigan Licensed Triage RN

Job Summary

To support patient care management in a remote setting, the part-time Wisconsin and Michigan Licensed Triage RN will triage clinic-related calls, assess patient needs, and recommend follow-up care while working varied shifts, including every third weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assist with primary health care delivery and patient care management
• Assess and triage patients, documenting care activities within the medical record
• Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and health care providers

Required qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan, with the requirement to obtain both within 90 days of hire
• Graduation from an accredited RN program, demonstrating knowledge of patient care standards
• CPR/BLS certification required within 60 days of hire; ACLS certification is desired
