Wisconsin Licensed Admissions Nurse

Job Summary

Seeking a Wisconsin Licensed Admissions Nurse, the part-time PRN role will obtain pre-admission information, conduct necessary testing, and communicate with patients and providers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain required pre-admission information from patients, including history and physical assessments
• Conduct laboratory work, EKGs, radiology, and other pertinent testing as needed
• Review test results with appropriate physician/provider(s) and make pre- and post-visit calls to patients

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required; Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of staff RN experience is required
• Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
