Job Summary
Seeking a full-time, fully remote Wisconsin Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) who will conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services to patients aged 12 and older, while documenting patient services accurately in electronic health records.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor treatment plans for clients
- Provide therapy services to patients ages 12 and older
- Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
Required qualifications
- Active LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Experience and willingness to treat patients aged 12 and older
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
