Job Summary
Supporting Wisconsin public employees and retirees, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Benefits Specialist will respond to inquiries about benefit and retirement programs, resolve complex issues, and deliver exceptional customer service while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to calls and inquiries regarding benefit and retirement programs
- Research and resolve complex benefit-related questions and issues
- Explain health, life, disability, and retirement benefits clearly to members and employers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience
- Experience researching, interpreting, and applying policies or regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear, professional manner
- Experience using CRM, case management, or benefits administration systems
