Wisconsin Licensed Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities for participants, utilizing effective engagement methods while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive participant enrollment and retention in the All of Us research program
• Screen patients for eligibility, provide program overviews, and obtain informed consent for research protocols
• Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
