Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Care Management Manager will enhance care management infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and support community partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develops project plans and leads initiatives to improve care management systems
- Monitors compliance with CMS, NCQA, and state regulations, providing guidance to the leadership team
- Participates in financial forecasting and planning while driving key initiatives to completion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in health education, nursing, or a related health field
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- At least one year of supervisory or management experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in case management
