Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time hybrid Wisconsin Licensed Community Relations Specialist will build relationships with local leaders, manage community-based projects, and represent the organization in outreach initiatives across various regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community leaders, businesses, and organizations
• Lead community-based projects that align with organizational goals and community needs
• Assist in communications and presentations to educate the public about organizational initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
• Minimum of five years of experience in brand management and/or public affairs
• Proven ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including elected officials and media
• Experience in managing community initiatives and outreach activities
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building and community engagement
