Job Summary
To support complex environmental remediation and restoration projects across the Upper Midwest, the full-time salaried Wisconsin Licensed Environmental Engineer will provide technical and project leadership, manage client relationships, and mentor staff while working in Madison or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with remote work options available for highly qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of environmental investigation and remediation projects
- Manage project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Mentor early-career and mid-level engineers and scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of environmental remediation experience, including at least 4 years in project management
- Advanced knowledge of site investigations and remediation of contaminated sediment, groundwater, and soil
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to travel as required for project and client needs
