Wisconsin Licensed Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

To support the EPIC MyChart module, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Epic MyChart Analyst will manage system evaluations, enhancements, and project management activities while working remotely and collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to improve workflow and patient safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct system evaluations and implement enhancements to improve departmental workflow and patient safety
• Perform project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned application software
• Consult and communicate extensively with clinical staff and administrative users to assist in the effective use of applications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• EPIC MyChart certification
• Experience in clinical assessment, planning, and project management
• Strong knowledge of hospital clinical and administrative operations and core process flows
• Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and general principles of information systems
