Job Summary

Overseeing the DCF Enterprise Security team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Information Security Officer (CISO) will manage IT security operations, develop cybersecurity policies, and advise on strategic planning while allowing for hybrid work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the DCF Enterprise Security team in IT security matters
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
• Oversee daily security operations, including incident response and vulnerability management

Required qualifications

• Leadership experience in IT security, including supervising cybersecurity staff
• Experience in developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Proven oversight of daily security operations and incident response
• Experience managing security-related projects and coordinating technical activities
• Familiarity with recognized cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST
