Job Summary
To support a growing initiative addressing student mental health, the part-time Wisconsin Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to PreK-12 students and school staff in partner districts while collaborating with school personnel to enhance mental health services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver mental health assessments and teletherapy to students and staff, typically over 2-4 months per student
- Engage in case discussions with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate support for students and families
- Build strong relationships with school leadership and staff to address mental health needs and improve support systems
Required qualifications
- Active independent license in Wisconsin (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD)
- Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services to children and youth via telehealth
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- Availability to provide services during and after school hours, including evenings and weekends
