Job Summary

To support the mental health needs of older adults, the part-time or full-time Wisconsin Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth, managing their own caseload while receiving comprehensive administrative support in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals and needs
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders

Required Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus
