Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Prior Authorization Manager will oversee team performance, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build, develop, and lead teams to execute day-to-day operations and achieve account goals
- Establish routines and utilize tools to drive team performance and maintain client satisfaction
- Identify and manage risks from business activities, implementing strategies to improve performance
Required qualifications
- 7 or more years of people management experience in healthcare
- Experience in quality assurance for accurate utilization decisions based on recognized guidelines
- Minimum of two years' Medicaid experience in Prior Authorization/Utilization Review preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with software applications for operations
- Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational processes
