Job Summary
Leading complex software implementation and deployment initiatives, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Project Manager will manage large-scale projects remotely, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure successful operational transitions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead software implementation and rollout projects through execution, deployment, and operational transition
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring project success
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, facilitating meetings and preparing status reports and executive presentations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects and leading software implementation initiatives
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in technology environments
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred
