Job Summary
Leading the planning and implementation of a large-scale SaaS modernization initiative, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Project Manager will manage vendor relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and develop project artifacts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, procurement, and implementation activities for the SaaS modernization initiative
- Coordinate business, technology, finance, and executive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project artifacts including project charters, risk registers, and implementation frameworks
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives
- Significant experience with enterprise technology modernization or digital transformation projects involving SaaS vendors
- 10+ years of procurement planning experience
- Experience with vendor selection, contract negotiations, and multi-vendor environments
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
