Job Summary
To support revenue cycle stabilization and rollout implementation projects, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Resolute PB Advisor will perform Epic-related consulting services, mentor customer teams, and optimize EMR workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise to implement and optimize EMR workflows and data capture
- Mentor customers to enhance their system knowledge and analyst skills
- Analyze operational requirements and translate them into system configuration
Required qualifications
- Active Certification(s): Resolute Professional Billing
- 5+ years of experience as an Epic analyst or project manager
- Experience with Epic implementation and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects remotely
