Job Summary
To support a data-driven environment, the full-time Senior Data-Analytics Scrum Master - Project Manager will lead agile teams in ETL and data warehousing projects while working remotely within Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and manage multiple agile teams, ensuring effective scrum practices and accountability
- Monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, and perform quality reviews to ensure project success
- Develop and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a scrum-master role leading scrums for ETL, data conversion, and/or MDM
- Proven experience leading and managing multiple agile teams using Scrum/agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of agile and traditional project management principles and practices
- Technical experience with data management and analytics to evaluate project risks and issues effectively
- Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira
