To support a growing Commercial Lines Underwriting team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Specialty Underwriter will underwrite new business submissions, manage the profitability of an underwriting territory, and collaborate with various stakeholders, with the option for remote or hybrid work from West Bend or Madison, WI.

- Underwrite new business submissions, renewals, and endorsements

Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
- Completion of a certificate in General Insurance and Associate in Underwriting program
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to mentor and support team development
