Women's Merchandise Planner
Job Summary
Managing a designated book of business, the full-time Women's Merchandise Planner will develop and execute sales, inventory, and margin plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and align long-range, pre-season, and in-season forecasts with organizational strategies and targets
- Support the pre-season plan review process and present plan positions in relation to global targets
- Identify opportunities within the assortment to drive sales and mitigate inventory liability using historical trends and market insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in wholesale
- Strong analytical thinking and aptitude for forecasting methodology
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and planning tools
- Ability to adapt to evolving organizational changes and prioritize multiple projects
