Job Summary

A music agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Work at Home Artist Services and Booking Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Creating, tracking, and following up on invoices, deposits, and payments to artists, presenters, and vendors
• Reserving and tracking travel arrangements
• Assisting with website updates for both the company's site and artists websites

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience with office operations
• Good with numbers, mathematically inclined
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google suite of online apps, and/or ability to learn and utilize web-based software quickly
