Dynamic, multidisciplinary group needs applicants for an opening for a Work at Home Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for inbound and outbound physician, patient and other customer communications
• Responding to and routes calls appropriately for all subscribed physicians and customers
• Maintaining accountability for accurate data entry and thorough knowledge of all contact center software applications and other support systems
