Job Summary
Dynamic, multidisciplinary group needs applicants for an opening for a Work at Home Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for inbound and outbound physician, patient and other customer communications
- Responding to and routes calls appropriately for all subscribed physicians and customers
- Maintaining accountability for accurate data entry and thorough knowledge of all contact center software applications and other support systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
