Work at Home General Transcriber and Typist

Job Summary

A transcription company has a current position open for a Work at Home General Transcriber and Typist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Listening to a variety of audio inputs and transcribing them into text using our custom software
• Transcribing mostly two person interviews or simple one person dictations

Required Skills:

• Must have a good working knowledge in the general document formatting of letters, memos, conversations, and client supplied templates
• Must be proficient in Word 2007/2010 and be able to work independently
• Must type a minimum of 70 words per minute and provide 98% or better accuracy
• Must have excellent listening skills
