Work at Home Leader and Coach Resources Team Assistant

Job Summary

A nonprofit dedicated to educational equity is filling a position for a Work at Home Leader and Coach Resources Team Assistant.

Must be able to:

• Review, retire and upload common core-aligned items to our tool
• Identify and post strong instructional plans, lessons, and videos to our platform to support teacher and leader planning
• Collaborate with team members to post coach-facing resources to our new content management system

Position Requirements Include:

• A passionate commitment to and a sense of urgency for the support of urban schools, along with a belief that all students can achieve at high levels
• Comfort with working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and team-oriented environment
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and comfort with utilizing new technology and online platforms
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance shifting priorities
• Outstanding project management skills and initiative
