Job Summary
Innovative and rapidly expanding tech start-up is filling a position for a Work at Home Online Community Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work directly with Toptals Community Leaders across the world to help them connect with each other remotely, engage and empower their local communities, and organize events
- Organize focused initiatives
- Lead the Toptal Community Moderators by helping them brainstorm new initiatives, providing feedback on their ongoing efforts, and making sure they have access to everything they might need
Required Skills:
- Strong background in software engineering or desig
- Broad knowledge across a variety of topics in the tech industry
- Strong experience with online communities
- Self-starter with lots of initiative and creativity
- Excellent leader with an exceptional ability
- Ability to analyze data and quickly identify and prioritize opportunities or areas of concern
