Work at Home Online Community Lead

Job Summary

Innovative and rapidly expanding tech start-up is filling a position for a Work at Home Online Community Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work directly with Toptals Community Leaders across the world to help them connect with each other remotely, engage and empower their local communities, and organize events
• Organize focused initiatives
• Lead the Toptal Community Moderators by helping them brainstorm new initiatives, providing feedback on their ongoing efforts, and making sure they have access to everything they might need

Required Skills:

• Strong background in software engineering or desig
• Broad knowledge across a variety of topics in the tech industry
• Strong experience with online communities
• Self-starter with lots of initiative and creativity
• Excellent leader with an exceptional ability
• Ability to analyze data and quickly identify and prioritize opportunities or areas of concern
