Job Summary
A computer security company is seeking a Work at Home Principal Detection Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing creative and resourceful ways to detect threats on Windows, Mac, and/or Linux systems
- Moving past the traditional detection model based on static or atomic indicators of compromise
- Expanding our detection platform
Qualifications for this position include:
- OS internals (Windows, Mac, and/or Linux)
- Information security operations, incident response, and intrusion/event analysis
- Cyber threat tactics, techniques, procedures, and tradecraft
- Scripting languages
- Git, or other shared repository technologies, and team-based software development and build processes
- Dynamic or behavioral analysis of binaries
