Job Summary

A premier information security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Work from Home IS Simulator Support Engineer I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering customer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Resolving incidents, issues, and problems
  • Developing documentation, FAQs and canned responses

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Basic IT troubleshooting abilities
  • Proven ability to managed multiple support cases simultaneously
  • Basic HTML skills
  • Two or more years supporting customers in an ad-hoc support role
  • Basic understanding of messaging, SMTP and email hygiene productCs
