Job Summary
A premier information security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Work from Home IS Simulator Support Engineer I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering customer phone calls and respond to emails
- Resolving incidents, issues, and problems
- Developing documentation, FAQs and canned responses
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Basic IT troubleshooting abilities
- Proven ability to managed multiple support cases simultaneously
- Basic HTML skills
- Two or more years supporting customers in an ad-hoc support role
- Basic understanding of messaging, SMTP and email hygiene productCs
