Job Summary
A virtual, outsourced accounting firm is seeking a Work from Home Payroll and Invoicing Bookkeeper.
Must be able to:
- Assist with projects, clean-ups, payroll
- Manage and update client books; import, categorize, classify transactions as well as reconciling accounts
- File paperwork, create checks, make deposits, track customer payments, scan invoices, assist with petty cash
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must attend weekly bookkeeper meetings held by your Accounting Manager
- Must have 1 to 2 years professional office experience
- Must have a minimum 45 WPM typing speed
- Must meet deadlines
- Must have foundational computer and Microsoft Office suite knowledge
- Must have professional verbal and written communication skills
