Work from Home Team Lead

Job Summary

A company that makes finely crafted websites and tools for content creators is seeking a Work from Home Team Lead.

Must be able to:

• Manage execution of project and task assignments for all direct reports
• Directly manage 6 - 9 production team members
• Proactively maintain accurate forecasts in established resource forecasting tool for all active client work

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent application of 10up processes, standards, and tools at the team level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally
• 3 years of project management experience delivering full scope web projects for enterprise clients
• Interest and ability to lead cross-discipline teams
• PMI, scrum certification, or equivalent experience
• A practical understanding of the WordPress platform
