Work from Home Technical Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A telecommunications services company is in need of a Work from Home Technical Reporting Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for the overall production and quality of reports created
• Being responsible to manage the team that creates technical reports and associated deliverables for wireless communication operators
• Providing feedback as necessary to Field Technician management on the quality of field tech work

Required Skills:

• Must have work and/or educational experience in wireless communications a requirement
• Must have a college degree or commensurate experience
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel)
• Must have Visio software knowledge
• Must have project management skills and experience
• Must have understanding of forecasting and reporting methods
