Job Summary

Owning the automation that connects various systems, the full-time remote Workato Administrator will build automations to streamline operations, troubleshoot integration failures, and enhance process efficiency across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations that reduce manual work for operations teams
• Investigate and troubleshoot integration failures, ensuring robust error handling and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate inefficient operational processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise integrations in Workato or a comparable platform
• Direct experience administering Salesforce or as the primary integration owner with a Salesforce team
• Proven troubleshooting skills for production integration failures and diagnosing root causes
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms
• Track record of delivering automated solutions that improve operational efficiency
