Workday Adaptive Planning Engineer

Job Summary

To support financial planning initiatives, the remote contract Workday Adaptive Planning Engineer will design, develop, and maintain financial planning and forecasting solutions while collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Systems teams to ensure data accuracy and model reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and dimensions for budgeting and forecasting
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning to ensure accurate data synchronization
• Collaborate with FP&A stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and optimize model performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, including model configuration and data integrations
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with Workday Financials or other financial systems
• Working knowledge of the Workday Financials data model and its application in planning models
