Workday Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the contract Workday Analyst will manage data loads, unit testing, and incident resolution while working remotely for a duration of 3 months with a possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform Workday data loads using EIB, validate results, and report outcomes
- Unit test configurations, document evidence, and support UAT by resolving defects
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver configuration solutions
Required qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration
- Expertise in 3+ Workday modules, with Workday HCM required
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from requirements through delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: Workday Pro certification across multiple modules
