Job Summary
Serving as the design authority for complex, cross-module Workday solutions, the full-time remote Workday Architect III will oversee architecture, security design, and reporting standards for Workday, ensuring high-quality data delivery across HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Workday solutions, establishing standards and reviewing complex designs
- Own the architecture of Workday reporting, defining reporting standards and managing the report inventory
- Mentor analysts on report design and provide technical direction while partnering with senior stakeholders on platform strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of progressive Workday experience, including significant expertise in reporting and at least two of HCM, Payroll, or Finance
- 5+ years in a Workday architect or lead configuration role
- 5+ years designing Workday reporting solutions, including custom reports and dashboards
- Experience mentoring or leading the technical work of other analysts
