Job Summary
Owning the configuration and ongoing support of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits, the full-time People Technology Analyst will work remotely to enhance employee experiences and streamline operations across global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Workday configuration and improvements for Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits, ensuring accurate data flow into payroll
- Lead open enrollment systems readiness and support, collaborating with technical teams and benefits vendors for integration maintenance
- Drive projects from discovery to implementation, maintaining system security, data quality, and creating documentation for effective usage
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in Workday Absence and Time Tracking, with experience in configuration and support of connected workflows
- Proven ability to independently manage Workday Benefits configuration for US and international programs
- Understanding of data flow between time, absence, benefits, and payroll systems, with troubleshooting capabilities
- Strong technical skills in Workday, including business processes, reporting, and data management
- Experience in translating complex policies into maintainable system designs with attention to detail
